Eligibility
We accept exchanges on all new and unused items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and have all tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for the item they wish to exchange.

Shipping of the New Item
Additionally, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item being sent as an exchange.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or process a refund as per our refund policy.
